1. About Gastronome Bites
Gastronome Bites offers a range of food products including plain and roasted seeds, dried berries, nuts, dried fruits and spices. The business operates from Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
2. Product Information
We aim to display product information and images as accurately as possible. Our current products are supplied in 200g packs/bottles unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
Product availability is subject to stock. If a product is unavailable, it may be displayed as Out of Stock on the website.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Product prices are inclusive of the applicable 5% tax, and tax will not be displayed separately at checkout.
Prices and product availability may be updated when necessary.
4. Orders and Payments
Customers may place orders through the Gastronome Bites website.
Payment options available to customers will be those displayed at checkout. The client has requested support for online payment methods as well as Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is available across India, with an additional ₹27 COD charge.
An order will be processed subject to product availability and successful completion of the applicable payment process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Gastronome Bites delivers orders across India.
The standard delivery charge is:
₹70 per order
Orders above ₹1,000 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
6. Returns
Returns will not be accepted if the product packet has been opened.
Any return request must therefore relate to an unopened product and will be reviewed before approval.
7. Refunds
Refunds are allowed by Gastronome Bites.
Where a refund is approved, the applicable refund process and method will be communicated to the customer.
The client has not yet provided a specific refund processing period, so avoid promising a fixed number of days until they confirm it.
8. Cancellation and Stock Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If an item reaches zero stock, it will be displayed as Out of Stock on the website.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Gastronome Bites may contact the customer regarding the order and any applicable refund.
9. Product Images
Product images are provided to help customers identify and understand the products. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or display may occur depending on photography, screen settings or packaging updates.
10. Website Use
Customers must use the website only for lawful shopping and information purposes.
Users should not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse its content, access restricted areas without authorization, or carry out activities that may affect the operation or security of the website.
